Congratulations! You have arrived at one of the largest and most active Experimental Aircraft Association chapters in the southeastern USA.
EAA1114 offers something for every aviation interest in central North Carolina: homebuilding, vintage, warbirds, ultralights, fly-ins, fly-outs, workshops, aviation history and good old hangar flying.
*New* - Great YE event on 11/9 - We had a wonderful Young Eagles event on Nov 9th on a beautiful Carolina blue day to end our rallies for the year. Volunteer with us next year to make it even better! Click here to see photos from the event!
Follow us on Twitter - See our twitter feed below.
Power Lines and runways don't mix - After Bob Barrows' recent accident involving a power line on approach to land, we're helping identify any airports where power lines interfere with the runway. If you know of any examples, please send a short description, including the airport, runway, description of power line, approximate height and distance from end of runway, whether marked or not, maybe photos, and any additional relevant details to our facilities coordinator. Thanks for your help!
